The claim was settled quickly but there were about seven or eight emails that requested the same information. I kept having to submit the same information to the new requestor. Overall it was somewhat painless and very prompt.

I had the damage from the Amazon driver running into my lawn and mashing down reflectors installed to help guide vehicles but the driver did it 2 more times and additional complaints from me were not addressed to my satisfaction. I do not want any more compensation, I merely want the driver to stay off my lawn.
