After the accident, the driver contacted his supervisor who reported the incident to Amazon. They contacted my wife within two hours. They gave us a claim number and were very helpful getting us the the funds to replace what it cost to repair the garage door. Thank you

This experience went significantly better than I expected it would. The insurance adjuster that came out to the building was professional and understanding. I appreciated that he didn't try to downplay the damage or justify the actions of the driver. It felt like he was a straight-shooter.

Need better guidance when initial phone call was received giving claim number. My email address was entered by representative incorrectly causing confusion and another ticket was created before finalizing claim. I never received an email therefore led me to call customer service back after 2 weeks with no contact.
