Amazon driver backed onto my lawn, which was really wet. He got stuck and did some damage. Amazon was really quick and fair with resolving the issue! Kudos Amazon for excellent customer service!

Email communications were very professional and the whole process was pleasant.
I had my yard repaired and received payment before I received the invoice for the repair. Worked out. I am disappointed however on how the actual delivery carrier ignored my calls and I had to spend over an hour online and on the phone before I could speak with someone in logistics.
