It was a very easy process. Opened up the claim with Amazon, received an email from ARC shortly after and was able to follow the link to upload photos and give additional information. ARC reviewed it the next day and gave me an offer that was reasonable and I accepted. The paper check was mailed out and I received it within a week even though they said it could be 21 days. I had the option to have an E-check or an Amazon gift card as well.

If the Amazon drivers would stop “purposely” ignoring the sign in our driveway that says not to turn around then this claim would have not been necessary.

I specifically asked numerous times that Amazon drivers not drive on our drive. They complied once have are now driving on the gravel drive despite us asking Amazon to put it in the notes that they are not to. I would appreciate speaking to someone about this situation.
