    Had a little trouble getting images uploaded and had to call and speak to Lauren B but once I did, everything was resolved quickly. Lauren was easy to work with and very pleasant, thanks for the help.

    97% of the experience was prompt and efficient. However, I did have to send the requested quote for repairs twice because my first email went unanswered for a week. Upon the second submission the reply was quite prompt. And if that was the only hang up in this process then I consider this a very above satisfactory experience.
