Very quick turn around; very simple process.
Regarding item 1, I had difficulty making contact with someone who could help me. I’m partly to blame for that. Once I established contact with ARC, got a claim no., and was able to communicate with a real person everything went well. I’m satisfied.
Despite the initial "issue" being very annoying, ARC was great in resolving it in a prompt, courteous manner. I am more than satisfied.

As of 12/16/20 I still have not received the payment for my claim that was resolved and approved.
I was very upset that the Amazon driver drove acrossed my yard but Amazon quickly made things right. I still have to buy grass and replant but at least now I have money to help pay for my grass. Thank you.
Drivers need to be more aware of the different lawns they park their truck to prevent damage
We had some minor lawn sprinkler damage with a driver, but Amazon ARC Claims group handled the situation very well, quickly and was great to work with. We get hundreds of Amazon deliveries a year, so one minor issue over the course of many years wasn't a big deal. Amazon is by far the best retailer we work with and their customer service is always exceptional. They proved it again with the very professional and amicable resolution. Thank you Amazon!

I was sent a check for the amount of a replacement item only but tax was excluded and the money did not make up for the annoyance of the experience causing me to have to run outdoors to try to catch a driver who ran away from me followed by nearly an hour on the phone and at Amazon web site trying to figure out how to make a report of property damage by their driver.
