    my first phone conversation was not good. No action was taken after my first report. I called again and the young lady was great. After speaking with her, it moved quickly and efficiently. She could find no record of my first report which was odd. Also, the driver never said she was sorry for the damage. I was outside with her twice and was always courteous.

    The claim representative was very courteous and responsive. While we disagree with the amount paid your representative dis a very good job. Amazon needing 21 days to send a $300 payment, while what we expected from Amazon, negatively affected the experience and undid the goodwill of that the claim representative earned. This has helped us in our decision to drop our Prime membership. Thanks
