I am very dissapointed in the claim settlement. I get $100.00 for a $300.00 cost to fix because i didnt say i witnessed the driver and what i was asked if i had pictures or camera. No i dont have pictures or camera but i saw the driver and he continues to tear my lawn up with his ignorance. I will fix my lawn and yes i will send this to BBB to let them decide if ARC needs to pay the additional $200.00 that they did not pay to solve my claim. When i cut my grass and FALL INTO THE STREET DUE TO RUTS IN MY YARD i will sue.
The claim was not resolved to the amount I felt was fair compensation considering all aspects of the claim. It was resolved professionally and quickly.
