It took me two calls to get the claim started. The second person I spoke with was very efficient and put me in touch with Nichole Goss to handle my claim. Nichole's service was exceptional. Submitting the claim was a little confusing. The rest of the process went very smooth. Nichole was very responsive and efficient. All in all, I'm grateful that the claim was handled so quickly.
I actually had to submit my claim information 3 times until everything was received. But happy to say that the claim was settled the very next day. Thank you for the quick settlement!

Though I took the settlement I felt my time was not considered. I also never got an answer as to what steps are being done to prevent this from happening again to my property being as this is an on going issue. My time is more valuable than to have to make damaged property repairs every time a driver makes a delivery to my house and refuses to stay on the gravel.
The echeck is stupid!! It cost me a percentage of the claim to get the payment. This is unacceptable, this small claim amount should just have been an Amazon credit in my opinion. Otherwise great. Thank you for the quick response.

IT WAS VERY UPSETTING TO ME THAT YOUR AMAZON DRIVER USED POOR JUDGEMENT IN MAKING A 'U' TURN IN FRONT OF MY PROPERTY CAUSING HIM TO DRIVE ON MY GRASS LEAVING DEEP TIRE INDENTATIONS AND THEN TAKING OFF. FORTUNATELY MY NEIGHBOR WITNESSED THIS EPISODE. I TRUST THIS CARELESS DRIVER WAS GIVEN A WARNING TO BE RESPONSIBLE WHEN DRIVING.

My experience would have been better if expectations were set by either Amazon or ARC. I had no idea about what the claims process involved or what the time frame would be. I did call Christine at ARC today and she was very responsive to my call and I then had a better understanding of the process. I hope that Amazon improves its driver practices. We had a standing request with Amazon not to use our driveway but the Amazon driver did and it resulted in this claim. Amazon drivers all tell me that they can not access delivery instructions. Yet, its Amazon that asks customers for delivery instructions. I have placed a big orange traffic cone in our driveway which I hope will prevent similar disasters with Amazon drivers. Thanks.
