I received an initial email but did not receive the email with a link to a claim form until after I called nearly a month later. Maybe I missed the claim form email? The claim form process and follow up by the adjuster, Dan, were straightforward and prompt. Resolution to the claim was timely and fair, as well.

When I called with a question about the status of my claim today , my call was answered promptly. The agent who took my call looked over my documents and photos and estimate and said she could issue a check today. I was pleased that nothing further was required.

I have a problem with the to ways AMZ distribute your check. E-check and mail. I want my driveway fixed as soon as possible, therefore why not delivery the check? I am 78 years old and have not heard about E-check and mail will take 16 days. Come on.
