Well....my email ing. Isn't great because I don't email pictures. So I had to figure out. An my receipt in is not great. Here. So. It took soon time. To. Do but. Got it done. 10 minutes later. Arcmarcellus called with a $ amount for damage to my property. Wow. So. All is fine on my end.
After 3 phone calls I finally got to the correct insurance company handling the claim.
Lana was very helpful and kept me informed as the process was working through the channels. I very much appreciate her help. All this, of course, is based on the check for the damage repair actually being received soon.

There were a bunch of emails I recurved. That made it a little confusing. It wasn’t from one email address but multiple. I didn’t know which to reply to.
I think that it’s ridiculous that I went out of my way to get a quote from a company on how much it would cost to replace the newly laid sod the driver ruined only to be told by the agent that “based on the pictures” he couldn’t give that amount. I don’t know what he expected to see considering the sod was gone due to the driver digging it up with his tires. An agent should have come out to my house. This was solely based on pictures. Very disappointed in Amazon and how this was handled.
