    Unfortunately last nite when I went home our gate was broken again by one of your drivers.Not a package for us but Zachary Weins tba035031655104 I was told that u would take that end off your GPS but your drivers are still not reading our signs and still breaking our gate. Hope u can figure out something soon. Thank you.

    The check didn't begin to cover the two days of labor to dig out 25 feet of ruined timbers and replace with new ones, shovel the dirt out of the ruined garden box and build a new one, with hardware cloth and weedblock. The materials were covered, but to give us less than $50 for labor is criminal.

    Only hitch was that the email went to spam. Once I found it there, all was very simple. One very small complaint is that this process is disconnected from the Amazon delivery rating process. I did not have any ID on the driver/truck, but it was whoever delivered my package that afternoon. But there no way to link to that information on this claim. That said, I'm happy with the claim process.

    I have not yet inreceived payment, but I am assured it will come. As for the drivers at Amazon, both who stepped and ruined my new lawn did not read the delivery instructions. Also crossed my caution tape. They need to check for instructions before they exit the truck. If they do not, it is too late at that point. Please stress this to all drivers. Come up the driveway, don't take the shortest route to the porch. Use the walkway. Thank you for the opportunity to give some advise to amazon. Susan Richard
