The process was easy to follow and complete. The Web interface allowed whatever I thought was necessary to explain my situation and submit documents describing the event. There did not seem to be any resistance or reluctance on the part of ARC to satisfy what was the right action to take to satisfy the injury I had incurred.
The reason for low mark on #1 is ARC rep did not reach out to me. After waiting a week, I did the reach out. After that, everything went smoothly

My only complaint is that I uploaded pics to three different requests, and forwarded them to the guy that came out to look. Thats 4 times sending the same pictures! Other than that very satisfied
claim was handled perfectly.... 1456.00$ quote for repair and all that was issued was 400$ and that was it.... done and case closed, no chance for completion

I am pretty satisfied with the claims department. The Amazon driver that damaged my property gave me bogus information and I had to struggle to find who to call to get my property fixed. This is kind of soured my feelings toward amazon.

Very easy to deal with. My main complaint was not with ARC, but with Amazon. The driver who struck my garage gave me a phone number and two names to call. I was told, one of the two individuals would call me back within two days. After waiting the two days, I called the number provided. No one ever answered the phone number given to me, and after leaving multiple messages, no one ever called me back. Not sure if the number she gave me was fake. Had to make numerous other calls to try and get this resolved. Finally spoke to someone who directed me to the Claims dept. Once ARC took over, it was fast and professional. Thank you.
