I was very concerned when an Amazon truck hit my house about getting resolution from such a large company with a 1800 # handling the claim. I appreciate the prompt replies and resolution.

We do appreciate prompt payment. However, we were told that our claim was closed only a month into getting estimates for repair. This was disturbing and confusing. Secondly, just paying for the repair did not compensate us for the harm that was done and the inconvenience at having to wait months to replace our damaged property. There should be some recognition for the hardship we continue to endure as well as te risk to our dogs as we wait months for the repair. It has I fluenced how I feel about ordering from Amazon in the future. Donna And Peter Larkin

Once I presented the evidence for the property damage the claim was quickly resolved without any issues. The claims department performed professionally and cordially.
Amazon’s ARC team was terrific with their response and service on my claim. They made a stressful situation very tolerable, assuring my phone that I’d have a claim agent and number the same day. And link to a portal. It was easy to upload documents, photos, videos, create, submit my statement on the portal. ARC was prompt in acknowledging when they received my updates, and informing me of progress on my claim, letting me know when the appraiser would contact me, and the decision on ARC’s review of my contractor’s estimate. Then informing me that a check for full payment was approved and when I could expect it. The check came within 16 calendar days from when the claim was opened! My contractor has parts in hand now, isnwoeking on the repairs. Thank you, Amazon! Thank you ARC!

Instructions on filing the online claim and the overall claim process could have been better.
I would have much preferred to personally speak with an agent regarding my claim and its process. I didn't mind documenting the incident; however, a telephone call or video conference would have been nice and much more personable.

Only comment on this claim is it required a second call to get this issue resolved.
When the claim is in the payout period I would just maybe elaborate on what is happening. No one told me from then on out that I would be receiving a check in the mail in 5-7 days. That would be helpful

I must say the claims form software that you use is one of the most arhaic that I've experienced in quite some time. No instructions and not intuitive.
