A driver decided they didn’t want to use the sidewalk and instead climbed on our 4’ high retaining wall to get to the front door. The driver knocked a rock loose from the bottom and went on his merry way. The incident was caught on camera and witnessed by a neighbor. Initially, ARC offered us $300 for repairs, but I got an estimate to repair the wall. After sharing the estimate, ARC offered $500 and said take it or leave it and good luck with the repair, even though it doesn’t amount a 1/5 the cost of repair. Again, this is a heavy rock at the bottom of a 4’ retaining wall, so doing the repair without some kind of equipment isn’t really possible or is going to be literally back-breaking. I’ll give them credit for a quick response, but the offer doesn’t come close to what the actual cost of the work is, so I’m stuck footing the bill because of the laziness of their drivers.

My claim was done in a sufficient amount of time and I was very pleased. The individuals whom I worked with were professional and pleasant.
1. It was difficult to finally get to you from Amazon , probably not your fault perhaps Amazon should be counseled as to how to refer incidents to you faster . 2.Once we got to you , the online form was easy but I had difficulty with submitting/attaching damage photos and other requested documents. 3. After all the back and forth information including pictures , incident report from driver , quote of damages , I was accused of fraud, which deeply upset me and I am still angry about that . 4. Once it was decided that you would honor my claim the check arrived amazingly fast .
This all worked amazingly smooth and quickly on their end. We found that doing the leg work of competing forms and submitting, taking pictures and submitting, obtaining the estimate and submitting was somewhat inconvenient, but it all worked out very smoothly once ARC understood our time constraints of holiday and company and living. They were always very pleasant and helpful. Thank you.

Everything was done great by yall, they were extremely helpful and made this whole process very easy. Only complaint is still with the driver who caused the whole issue with my property damage, should be trained to not turn around like that in peoples yards. Offering national average rates for compensation isn't right. I live on the east coast so what was offered was significantly under the quote I received.
