Honestly, I expected to get the runaround but was surprised. The entire situation was resolved in a matter of days. This was the best customer service experience I've encountered in a very long time. I talked to a human who listened to me, and that made all the difference in the world. Great job!

I scored only somewhat agree because- I received the link to file the claim and promptly returned it. A couple of days later I received an email asking for clarification and it was the same questions. All information was on the original claim.

The only thing will appreciate was that from the beginning they should told me that I was need to look from quotes . Other than that they was super helpful.

The claim was successfully satisfied. The communication between the person on charge and I was great. I really appreciate the help. The only issue was that the address was incorrect. After that, the address was corrected and I received the check. Thanks

The only hiciup in my claim was that there was an error in my correct email address which slowed communication down. Once resolved claim moved quickly . I worked with a super accommodating lady at your end, - she was extremely lovely on the initial phone call with politely worded emails. The cheque was received promptly by mail. Thank you .

I was pleasantly surprised that a horrible situation was made much better, aswell as promptly. Arc had to wait on some snow melting, as soon as that happened I submitted photos which were processed rather quickly and painlessly. Thank you
