Simply put, the whole process was quick, fair and reasonable - I think the contracts with whomever to hire drivers to deliver for Amazon should have stipulations that drivers be respectful of property to where deliveries are being made - no excuse for ignorance on the part of drivers - thanks to ARC Claims they promptly handled my complaint

Everything was handled efficiently and smoothly, my only issues are that I was supposed to receive a confirmation and approval for me to respond to when the check has been released. I received neither. It is also taking quite some time for the check to clear, this is not ideal when the funds are needed to make the necessary repairs. Otherwise great response time and great service. Thank you
