Although the communication via email was asking the same questions several times, once I reached out to the insurance agent directly, the claim was handled promptly from there.

After Amazon took me through loopholes to trying to resolve my issue, ARC finally provided some help. I'm slightly disappointed they did not refund the whole amount I requested, but I honestly was expecting this process to be more painful so it wasn't that bad. I'm glad my matter was resolved and I can finally get some closure on the Amazon driver backing into my mailbox and driving off.
