    Sure! I only received reimbursement for the cost of the broken basketball hoop. I did not receive reimbursement for the delivery fee ($250 for truck delivery of new one), nor did I receive reimbursement for the labor ($350 to dig the 5’ hole, pour the cement, and put together the entirety of the hoop). So, yes, while I appreciate the reimbursement for the actual basketball hoop itself. There is the delivery fee and labor cost that Amazon is straight up ignoring. YOUR delivery driver drove his truck into my son’s basketball hoop, that had just been put up! Literally! That hoop was only 3 days old, when hit by your driver’s truck. And you can’t reimburse me for the total cost? I am out the cost of delivery & the cost of labor. So the most profitable company, in the global market, can’t reimburse me for the total cost? Hmm.     We were obviously upset with the damage, but ARC followed up promptly and after we sent all the information requested. We received a check about a week later. We are 100% satisfied that it was straight forward and easy to resolve.

    Everything was handled better than I expected. I initially reached out to just make Amazon aware of the issue I had with the driver and my driveway. I did not expect to be compensated at all. I just hope that this issue went further up the ladder to the transportation dept. So Amazon drivers don't back up in people's driveways anymore. There's no need to be going on driveways that are no longer than 15 feet to the house.

    I had a horrible experience with Reeves delivery while the driver worked for. They rarely returned calls, dragged out the claim for almost 5 months before they told me to contact ARC!! Thankyou for handling this so promptly!

    Everyone I talked to was polite and helpful. There was a little bit of confusion at one point because I had two very similar claims and had accidentally loaded the wrong pictures to one of the claims. However, this was resolved quickly and professionally with the minimum of fuss. The estimator sent out on Amazon's behalf was also very professional and friendly. I hope to never have to file a claim again, but if I need to I know it won't be a giant headache.
