    Initially it was difficult to talk to someone who was able to help, lots of transfers. Once ARC email contact started communication was fast and helpful.

    I was very pleased with how swiftly this was looked in to and resolved. I do hope the driver was not fired, just reprimanded. According to my father in law he was very flustered about what happened, and I'm sure it could have happened to anyone. The only problem was it being a mailbox, thus interfering with efficient delivery of mail to our house. Than you again, and have a wonderful day!

    There was a "breakdown" in communication between Amazon and ARC. Not sure where the fault lies but the initial communication to Amazon was on 5/17/23 and there was no reply/response until I called Amazon Customer Service several days ago to inquire about claim status. After that call was made things were now fast-tracked and I've received an email today stating that the rebursement check will be mailed in the next several days.
