    Initially, contacting ARC was easy. Then requesting updates was not. Dealing with the claims representatives created tension. First one was downright rude. Second better; but was quick short.

    The first person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. She sent me to the claim department and again I got a very helpful person. Almost immediately I received the claim form that was easy to fill out. After I submitted the claim, o received an email explaining next steps. After only a few days for review of my claim, I received an email stating the claim was approved. It’s only been a couple of days but I feel certain that I will receive the check as I was told it could take a little time. In all, the claim was processed quickly and cheerfully.

    As I’ve written previously, my initial attempts to contact Amazon customer service was painstaking and maddening, but once I was able to finally get through to a human who could deal with the problem and situation, the problem was addressed and resolved promptly, ALTHOUGH, there was NEVER any confirmation or recognition by Amazon of any fault or error. From my perspective, I could have invented this entire situation, which I did not, and then what would have happened?
