debbie reams was excellent when she called to straighten out some confusion....we did not know that the claim form and pictures had not been sent to the correct address initially.
Trying to find the right person or department to file the claim initially took me a while, however once I got a hold of the right person (Amanda) the entire process was easy. The claim was handled efficiently and without problems. I thank you for the quick resolution to this matter.
I appreciate very much how helpful, and how quickly this matter was handled. However I not only hope the driver did not lose his job over this., but that your company reiterates to him, how important it is to do your job well, but to also respect your customers property, Thank you again for All your help! You have estimate for dirt work and brick work and I sent the cost of the reflectors that he ran over as well as the blue solar light that he ran over. Those cost 100.00 dollars I sent estimate for those and had sent the brick work and yard work later. With total cost at 875.00 And that should cover it. Thankyou for your time sorry so late on responses I am a State and college umpire and I travel all around the country.
I simply LOVE Amazon. I love the prompt deliveries and quality. When my family had an incident with the van driver, it was resolved quickly. (I know that it was not intentional, but an accident.) I will be an Amazon customer forever.

The driver tried to fake a claim by fake phone call to supervisor. I asked to speak with them and he refused and my wife and I could tell he was lying. Also the driver saw my 2nd drive was blocked by chain but still tried to push the chain as far as possible to get enough room to turn around and the chain caught on the bumper and he proceeded to tear it down. I understand he was in a situation but he could've turned around in my other driveway with no problem. Thank you for handling the situation
Everything went smooth. I appreciate what you guys done but I really disagreed of how he is so hard to reach you guys almost 2 hours on the phone that’s a little bit crazy but other than that everything else was handled properly correctly at a very efficient manner. Thank you very much.

It took me a number of calls before I was able to get through to customer service. The call would go to hold music, then the line would go dead, and I would have to call again. When I did the form, I filled in all fields marked required, but I could not sign and submit because it told me all required information had not been entered. I finally gave up and sent an e-mail with the relevant information. Nevertheless, the claims team was great to work with and was very prompt in handling the claim. Thank you.
ARC did OK, a bit slow, but better than most. I told as much to Mr. Bezos. Now if I just get that check, so I can buy more stuff from him! Thanx guys!
I am hoping the cost of repairs is what it was assessed at. I am sure I will still be out of pocket, but happy with how quickly it was resolved. I do hope there are repercussions for the driver that damaged my property~she should have said something immediately Thank you for your time and efficiency
