The photo upload was a little confusing as there was no confirmation of what was received. I ended up uploading the photos and video multiple times. However, the whole process was easy and fast and I am extremely happy this could be settled and put behind me quickly.

ARC came back requesting video clips of the incident. It ended up being a fair amount of work for me to pull together all of the information requested on the initial form and subsequent request, for a $10 claim. But all-in-all I was satisfied with the response from ARC and Amazon. Thank you.

Everything went well .. The crazy thing is that the lamp post I picked from Amazon at the time of the claim was $ 198 with a 5% discount coupon $ 10.00 = $ 188.00 . Not wanting to buy it until I got the check, was looking at the lamp just yesterday .. it is now $218.00 a $30.00 increase ... ? ? ?

For this claim, Monika handle this quickly and was responsive. How ever, the same thing happened again with one of your Amazon drivers cause more damage to my driveway. Exactly a week later doing the same thing . There was no reason again for the driver to be in my driveway other than to turn around. Again they could have gone around the block. I am getting tired of my newly paved driveway getting damaged by an Amazon driver. Thank you and please do something about this driver damaging my driveway.
