All of the people i spoke to about my claim were professional, friendly, and helpful. They also apologized for the hassle of having my wall damaged. I was very pleasantly surprised at the service.
Hold up in settlement came from my end since it took unreasonable amount of time for Connecticut state police to release the incident report.
Amazon never contacted me as they said they would. When I called customer service and was directed to ARC, everything went fine.

My initial thought was prove I'm not lying? However, I have to understand some people ARE out for taking advantage. All in all...easy to deal with. Thank you (now if Amazon will teach their drivers to LOOK UP!! lol (it was the third time).

Very impressive claims process, and a first for me dealing with the ARC Claims payment which was quick and easy to use. My Hopes are that the Amazon driver is taught some manners and driving lessons .

My only issue was that I had to send five follow-up requests before receiving a final word concerning claim disposition. Otherwise, I believe the matter was resolved by Amazon Claims quite professionally.
