    I was treated with the utmost respect from both your customer compliant and your claims departments; they where both exceptional, compassionate and really care about their customers complaints and needs unlike some of some your delivery personnel (not all)they are only there for money, delivery times and have a complete lack of respect for other peoples property. Once again, I would like to commend your customer service, insurance claims personal for their professional and speediness. Thank you for your response. John P Barrett

    I was told I'd be contacted within a couple of days of submitting the claim, but I had to call a week later to see what was going on. When I called, it was unresolved. Within 3 hours it was resolved....which is great, but I wonder what would have happened if I had just waited

    I haveto say, that I am very pleased with the way the claims person handled this. I have been a Prime member for years and have ordered many, many things from Amazon over the years. My record shows that I make very, very few claims. In this case, an Amazon driver damaged my property, I immediately called Amazon to report the damage, but had to wait some months until my sprinkler system was activated to check for the entent of the damage as this incident occured in the winter. When I submitted the claim, my video retention period expired (Ring), and I also did not have full property coverage like a business. Certainly, Amazon could verify that a deliver was made on the day and time that I stated. In the end, the claims person must have taken this into consideration as the claim was processed. Many thanks to the claims person for handling this very, very well. Exceeded expectation. Thank you.

    The turnaround was quick, almost too quick as the follow ups were within a day while we were still trying to gather photos and videos. I didn't care for the the generic "team" signatures on every email. Seems too impersonal when you are trying to solve damage that your client inflicted.

    The ARC process was very easy, however it was the initial contact with Amazon customer service that took the most time. I first filed the complaint on a Thursday, and I had to reach back out after a week of hearing nothing. Apparently, the claim was never filed in the first place.

    I am definitely satisfied with my experience, though I did want to mention that the initial employee I was in contact with had a very difficult time understanding me even after multiple attempts at explaining the situation trying to use different words. I called back to get a different representative and from there everything went smoothly.
