    Thank you for being prompt with our claim. It was handled in a very professional manner. Thank you for being patient while we waited to receive our quote for what was to be done. I would highly recommend that each driver be instructed to leave a note when something like this happens. In this case, it would have proven to be a valuable instrument of honesty.

    They say payment is issued but not how it’s issued. Amazon credit? Check? Apple Pay? So everything except the actual (not yet received) payment has been fine

    Please update the claim submission website, it can be glitchy. The site should also allow the user to maintain the entered info after logging out and logging back in. Everything else has been great.
