I was very pleasantly surprised at how quickly and carefully my claim was processed. My property was not damaged on purpose- but was damaged- the claim was small but was taken very seriously and I appreciate that. I’m grateful and can replace the items damaged. Thank you! (I’ll definitely replace them with purchases on Amazon.)

There may have initially been some confusion about the nature of the incident. I believe when I gave a further explanation, the claim examiner truly read it carefully and understood why I submitted the claim and why it was proper to find in my favor. I appreciated the quick turnaround.
Only complaint is the fee that goes along with getting paid unless you print the check. Transfer to a bank account should be free or much less than 5 dollars.

It is very difficult to figure out where to go initially to file a claim for something other than damaged merchandise.
I didn't need a claim form because we resolved it over the phone. She was very professional and helpful.
Claim did not reimburse for services and inconvenience/effort required to be performed while the damaged Mailbox was out of commission (about 6 weeks). It only paid for rebuild of the damaged mailbox. The custom Mailbox rebuild takes 6 weeks due to contractor availability so the owner has to be make alternate arrangements to pickup mail from the local post office. It is unacceptable that Amazon would refuse to compensate for that effort and inconvenience.
I really appreciate how well the claim process went. We were very upset that the Amazon driver destroyed our mailbox but we feel we were fairly compensated. Thank you so much.
I received an email saying that my claim had been approved but I have no information about how the claim will be paid, nor have I received payment.
