Great customer service
My previous poor review was because I did not see the claim settlement in all of the Amazon spam I receive. I was looking for correspondence from the "claims" email address. I have revised my review accordingly. Please disregard my prior review.

Over all ok had to call leave message and email with no response for days took 60 days to get completely resolved
You took 16 days to pay the claim when Amazon dealer hit a park car. Why? You couldn't contact my body shop because you couldn't find his phone # on top of the estimate. It was only after I mention a rental car that you brought up a rental car at $40 a day. I didn't use a rental saving your 16 days plus the repair time ( over $640). I treated you better than you treated me. Every time I called you I got voice mail or automated responses from my emails. To top it off after I place my claim, my neighbor across the street saw your Amazon driver hit my park car while on the phone & didn't stop. My neighbor chased him down in his pickup truck, & told the driver< "Don't you know you hit that car back there?" From the beginning to the end, it was the worst experience with any insurance company, especially considering we have two Prime Accounts with Amazon.

The circumstances of my claim was not initially understood by the claims adjuster who offered me an insulting settlement amount. When I called the representative handling my claim and explained the circumstances again she submitted it for further evaluation. It was reevaluated and I was offered a satisfactory settlement.
