This is the second time I've had a problem with an Amazon delivery causing damage to our property. While resolving it the first time was an extremely unpleasant experience, this was the opposite as it was handled properly and efficiently. Thank you.

My claim was handled quite professionally. It would have been nice to have been compensated for the inconvenience of being without water for a total of 18 hours with an Amazon gift certificate.

I honestly can't believe how pleasant, easy and efficient it was in resolving this matter. Obviously, no one wants to their vehicle to be in an accident but the process with acr was hassle free right from the beginning. I felt informed of the process from start to finish and appreciated having a point person to contact if needed for questions. Very happy with my experience.
My claim firm didn’t go thru after trying three times. I sent email to find out if claim form went thru. I received a phone call almost immediately and the claim was completed. Very professional and courteous lady.

I was told that in addition to pictures of the damaged lawn I would need to submit a picture of the driver/truck which was impossible as he had already left the premises, however the claim was ultimately processed without this and I am satisfied with the result. Thank you, Lynn

Attempting to file a claim was difficult. I reached out to customer service and after going in circles with them I finally got a phone call to explain the situation. once the claim was filed the claim was processed slowly but I expected that as insurance claims usually take some time. The last thing that was extremely frustrating was I had to get written approval to make repairs when the unit was already at the shop for other repairs. The customer was already extremely frustrated by the process to then have to inconvenience them again and get written approval on a repair that wasn't their responsibility anyway.

I had to submit the claim form multiple times before the adjuster had access which could have presented pronlems if Alina were not as diligent as she was.

This was the fastest and easiest damage claim I have ever had to deal with. It was helpful that the driver was respectful and courteous and stayed after the accident to provide all of the info needed for me to submit the claim. I made the phone call the next day and the time to get payment was so much faster than I expected. Still need to take the check to the bank, but I apply the swiftness to get a check in my hand. Thank you.
