    when I first call things where get when I go email from ARC they call me I have a lot of scam no one left me voice so tell me how do I get the check and thank you for the check. Jim bischoffer 7726 n Kenneth ave skokie il 60076 773-744-6208 not understanding how to get tis check first I had to do this

    ARC processed my claim quickly and professionally. The same can't be said of Amazon. After the accident, I received a phone message from Amazon logistics in Tucson, with an incident number and a phone number to call. I had to call Amazon several times and I was passed from one representative to another before my claim was finally referred to ARC. An Amazon driver damaged our property and Amazon then made it difficult for me to arrange for restoration and compensation. I realize this form is about ARC. However, if ARC provides any feedback to Amazon, my rating of that part of the response to the damage is negative. Amazon should have been contacting me. I shouldn't have had to pursue Amazon. In view of that, I appreciate the excellent service I received once I made contact with ARC.

    Thos should never have happened. Amazon/ARC needs to train its contract drivers that they should NEVER be backing their vehicles into residential driveways. While I appreciate the claim, I am highly irritated by how lazy Edgewood MD ARC contract drivers are!

    Extremely pleased with the ARC Team that handled my claim. They were prompt, cooperative and understanding of the fact that I didn't have a printer, so they requested a live check for me.

    I received a call from the ARC claims representative within minutes of uploading my claim documentation. The agent was very pleasant and was able to approve my claim on the phone. Overall this was a surprisingly good experience.

    Overall I’m satisfied with the outcome of the claim however I had to initiate the follow up with ARC because after waiting over a week or more I had not heard anything after submitting my claim form and uploading videos and pictures of the damage. The ARC Claims specialist was very apologetic and worked to find a solution for me within minutes of being on the phone. She also apologized for the damage happening in the first place which I greatly appreciated. I’m not just waiting for receipt of the funds in order to purchase the items needed to complete my home repairs.
