Overall good-- but after the 1st communication, not any follow through or updates. I tried to contact several times but got no response.... so really never spoke with the claims person again until I received a echeck notice. Need a form of communication to keep folks up to date on the process, status, whether you have all the info you need or not... Thank you.
Nikki was an excellent customer service provider. My claim fell through the cracks when an employee left and Nikki helped me get my claim resolved in minutes after realizing what happened. Thank you Nikki!!

Overall I thought your team did a good job however I think a five minute phone call to talk through the process would have been helpful.
4 days after the first van tore up my yard another Amazon van tore it up worse. He went off the driveway into the yard and had to slam on the brakes so he wouldn't hit the house. I sent in a picture and video. Haven't heard anything

This should have been mentioned to me the first time I called about the paint spill. I had to call a second time to discuss the mess before a claim was mentioned. I didn’t know that Amazon would pay for property damage.
After having to jump through some hoops, it appears that my claim will be settled in a satisfactory manner. Let me also say that I have never had a problem with Amazon whatsoever and will continue to do business with them in the future.
I feel it will cost more to fix my damage, since this is the 3rd time a drive has ripped up my lawn.

I uploaded documents and filled out all the forms via the electronic format, but they didn't seem to get received; however the team followed up and allowed the submission by email and we got to prompt resolution. Appreciate the expediency.
