    Things could be done a little more consistently without so much overlap. I received multiple emails (probably 5?) over several days asking me to fill out the claim form, even though I had already done so. It made me think it had not gone through the first time, but I could not get an answer from the chat function from the ARC website. I didn't know anything until I finally got a strangely worded email a week later saying it had been approved and they would issue payment soon. It just seemed quite shady, with the strange wording and minimal updating. But overall, I'm so glad we were able to work through this and get it resolved! Thank you SO much! This is such a blessing!

    At first I called several times and tried to get the issue resolved and never received a call back. Never received an email like I was told but once I called back in and actually talked to someone it was handled promptly.

    Pleasantly surprised by your prompt attention and resolution. I expected to be closing my account, instead I have placed another order. I imagine your delivery service is sub-contracted multiple times and that it might be difficult (due to record keeping by the sub) to identify the driver, however, he is still tearing around the country roads up here with a big dent in his back doors from my fence. I believe this is the same delivery outfit that was dumping people's packages in their snow-filled ditches last winter instead of bringing them to the door. I am hesitant about him delivering here again. He really shouldn't have a job that involves driving. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

    The Amazon representative acted on the case immediately, although I haven't seen the check for $350 yet they tell me it has been resolved.

    I uploaded documents but you did not receive them. The agent should have reached out and confirmed I had no documents to upload. It have saved days in the process had she confirmed. Instead I had to call abs re-send my documents via email. Please check with your clients to confirm if they attempted to load documents or not. Thanks!

    I'm not sure if my first review went through, so I'm sending it again. Tony from your Leadership Team was extremely professional in handling my claim. He promptly addressed the issue that one of your drivers tore down a tree along my driveway. He was empathetic to my situation and handled it very professionally. He sent me the claim form. I filled it out the same night and was reimbursed the following day. Tony is an asset to your organization and should be acknowledged for his exemplary customer service.

    Once reaching the claim department it was a breeze. Trying to get in contact and find the right number… now that is what sucked. I was transferred from customer service multiple times to dead end numbers

    The only reason I did not rate "strongly agree" is some misunderstanding on photos required. The van driver told me he had taken and submitted photos. I did not see why I needed to duplicate. Otherwise, all was handled very professionally. Thanks! James Carel

    Thank you for the prompt attentive service in resolving the damage claim. Ideally the delivery drivers will stop pulling up on my car pad and running over my landscaping along the edge when backing out. I will work to avoid having it happen again and would appreciate them doing the same. Thank you again for resolving this issue.
