Once I got to ARC, everything was fast, efficient, accurate and pleasant. Getting from Amazon Customer Service to ARC was a hassle. But I was very pleased with ARC. I wish I could have started with ARC.

Once I got a hold of someone everything was fine. Getting through all the red tape to get to that point feels convoluted and intentional to stop people from filing a claim
I did send an email response about the check regarding the tip we gave the workers and the tax that I would like added to my check from you guys and never heard anything back.... I believe the check I will be given should total $1061.20. Thank you. That is the total cost of the driveway that I am out having to re do it. Thank you. If the check has already been issued, a second one should be issued for $171.20

All was good except for the fact that it took several days to figure out who to speak to in order to get things resolved.
It was quite an involved process and only received half of the damages caused by the driver. I never was informed of what action, if any, was taken against the driver.
