After submitting form I was never contacted. I had to initiate contact again and resubmit photos. After that the claim was amicably resolved. However I requested a gift card but without notice an e-check was sent instead. The check was deposited and claim should be resolved.

I can honestly saw from the time the incident happened I was immediately provided the link from ARC to file my claim. The adjuster didn’t follow up so I had to continue to call to get an updated.. I just kept calling & calling leaving message! So I would say for feedback to improve is to have the adjuster to contact the claimant.

I somewhat disagree because I had to pay $375.00 to repair the damage caused by your amazon truck, and you send me $100.00. There is something wrong with this, I am out $275.00 to repair damages created by one of your drivers.
