    I am overly ecstatic with the response we received from ARC. We were thinking g we would probably have to get 2 or 3 Estimates for our repairs but nope! One and done!! Received payment and finalized settlement writhing a week. Thank you ARC!!

    I had to go back and forth with the company for a while about being fair since the gate key pad was damaged beyond repair and needed to be fixed but in the end they did pay for it.

    Whoever originally was handling my claim did a very poor job. No communication unless I was the one that initiated it and was told none of my documents were submitted and there was no proof Amazon was involved in the incident. When I called and spoke to a different person and the lady was very good. She said all the documents are submitted correctly and we have the proof we need that Amazon was involved. So the original adjuster was very frustrating to work with
