Initially I was asked numerous times to fill out the same form with no feedback or communication. When I contacted ARC asking what the process was, I did not receive a response. I reached out again and was requested to list what I needed to fix my retaining wall. I was extremely fair with my request and ARC quickly responded. Once I submitted my request my claim was handled very quickly and I received my gift card settlement within a couple days. I have never dealt with a situation like this before and initially I was frustrated by what I thought was poor communication but ultimately my claim was handled in an acceptable amount of time and met my satisfaction.

The claim form would not scroll down to the bottom where the submit was. I tried several times but the form was too big and would not scroll down. I finally reduced the size of the document to get it to scroll all the way down. There was no scroll feature like most documents have at the right side of the document. This made it hard to complete the form. I have an Apple computer if that makes a difference.
I waited 4 or 5 days before I heard anything at all from ARC, and I followed the link in the email sent to me by ARC and submitted the claim form with pictures of the damage. The next day, I received a duplicate email from ARC asking me to follow the link and submit a claim. I replied to the second email and told the rep that I had done that very thing the previous night. The next day, an ARC representative sent me an email and asked me to submit proof (video or picture of incident while it was happening). I responded that I had no "proof" of it happening (that Amazon was involved), but that I witnessed it happening, and asked the representative to talk to the Amazon driver for verification that the Amazon driver did, indeed, destroy my property. The very next day the representative from ARC responded that they would send me a check, so that part was VERY speedy.
I had a hard time getting in touch with my claims rep but I ended up reaching out to someone else that named Nicole "Nikki" and she was extremely responsive and helpful!

Getting to the check was not easy,for people that are not use to this method it was difficult.
I had to spend an hour on the phone and speak with 4 different people before I got to someone who could do more than offer me a $5 credit. But after I took and sent pictures to verify the damage, it was a breeze. For someone like myself who spends a lot with Amazon (please check if you wish) I would have hoped the process would be easier.
This proses took longer than I thought. But it was because of the Thoroughness of the people I was in touch with. The end result was fair and I am very satisfied
