I had to call several times to get updates. The notes left were different than what customer service reps were explaining as to how the process was transpiring. My adjuster was never responsive nor did she ever do any follow-up or updating. To be honest she never contacted me once. When I called the main line and got her accidentally she really had no idea about the notes that the appraiser left. No thanks to her everything was processed and completed. Not pleased with my assigned adjusters performance.
I appreciate your quick attention to this matter. I hope the Amazon drivers are now trained to not use driveways as a turnaround.
I appreciate Amazon taking ownership of the damages and listening to us so we can get the issue resolved via Arc.
Initially, I was receiving responses from ARC via email, but once I submitted an estimate in early April, the rep stopped responding. I emailed two or three more times over the course of two months and received no response. Finally I called in to ARC, and the rep I spoke with quickly and efficiently processed my claim for payment.
