I’m a little frustrated that I have to pay for the remaining 50% out of pocket before getting reimbursed since I have to send pictures of the completed job before the second half of the claim will be processed. I didn’t really have an extra $2500 just laying around.

You sent me an online offer to print my check which I did. I plan to deposit it at my bank on Thursday. Now you say you will be mailing me a check. Confusing. .

This was a wonderful experience! The only problem I had was understanding how to submit the pictures. I thought I could put them all in there and upload, but they had to be done one at a time. A little better explanation of how that worked would have saved just a bit of time. Figured it out though, and got it sent. I also didn't quite understand the signature portion of the online claim, and finally just hit submit, and it went through. But everything from the initial contact with Amazon to your response was exceptional. Thank you so much.
This is my 3rd claim with Amazon settled by ARC. My issues remain with Amazon's inability to effectively manage the behavior of the delivery people working on Amazon's behalf.
The problem is that this is the 3rd time this has happened. Your drivers must be trained to stay off lawns or there will be serious issues.

I myself have worked for insurance claims never have I had a representative like the one I had ! She was very rude in helping me with my claim stating she could not help me because I wasn’t able to know how to email her pictures from my phone I asked several times for an insurance rep to come see my gate because closer was hard to photo .she said I can’t help you any farther you need someone to help you with your phone ! So o had to go out to staples for her to satisfy her I am a homemaker 76 years old your insured damaged my gate and I have to do all the work! Then when bid was sent to her she disagreed with bid ! Is she an expert at fixing electric gates ! We talked often going round and round about bid ! This was very unnecessary bad business practice and I will pass alone experience never have I agreed to a settlement just to get this agent oof my plate very stressful and shameful of insurance company procedures sincerely patti Brown
