Monetarily, I am satisfied with the claim, and the process was smooth. I would only say that it might go a little farther in a customers mind if , at some point during the process, it is communicated to the customer that Amazon will be informed of the need to train drivers to the need to be more mindful to in regards to the issue(s) that are reported. Whether it happens or not, just simply informing the customer that it is being passed down the chain for training, that might make each reporting customer just a little bit more satisfied. Sometimes it’s not all about the money, it’s knowing that you don’t have to worry about things when folks are coming on your property, because they’ve been trying to be mindful. Thanks to you all for the great experience. I wish it didn’t have to happen, but it did, and you guys made the experience somewhat pleasant.

Like I explained before, you can’t just buy one light. You have to buy a six pack. But Yes I guess the one light was reimbursed.

I was happy with this process & the claims representative. My initial contact with Amazon was unpleasant but once I was able to contact ARC the process went well

Overall the process was much better than it has in the past. In this case though a week passed without any communication. I only received my payment after I reached out to support asking for a status update.
