My initial reaction was the claims process was purposely made overly complicated to discourage people from filing a claim. I reluctantly followed all the demands that were made but expected more roadblocks to completing my claim. But then to my surprise, my claim was approved and a check for more than what I expected was sent to me. Overall I'm very satisfied,
