    Hello, I would like to have a paper check by mail. I am really disapointed to know that you are only paying half of my soumission I send you. As I can see Amazon is only tacking half of the responsability of the accident your driver caused. It is not only the money I have to spend for the damages you caused but also the time I have to take to be with the construction people that will come to my house.     It took a while until the adjuster came to see the damage but once he did, it was extremely efficient. He did a great job, was punctual so best part of the process

    Good initial communication. I completed the claim form and then it prompted me to fill it out again. After not hearing any new news, I emailed my contact who got back to me with the determination. Thank you

    Amazon told me I would hear back in two days after submitting the claim but that didn't happen. So I called, thinking in the back of my head that this was going to be the beginning of an ordeal. That was not the case. The person responsible for my case spoke with me and allowed me to explain the extent and expense of the damage. I was on hold for just a little as she researched my claim and promptly agreed to send me what I needed to resolve my issue. Later I found that there was an additional expense that neither of us foresaw. Once I verified the issue, an additional check was quickly made available. There was no ordeal, just a good professional on the other end of the phone.

    The claim process was mostly smooth, although the online form submission failed to forward the photos that I had attached. This was later resolved through an Email easily. The real issue with Amazon is the fact that their delivery drivers repeatedly fail to keep their vehicle on my driveway, often causing damage to the lawn and objects near my driveway. The resolution is appreciated. Thank you.

    Amazon insurance was very helpful and I am awaiting what is about 50% of the cost and will hopefully get the balance at the end of repairs. Thanks!!! The reps weee very helpful.
