    I would like the delivery driver's distribution center manager to remind the driver that leaving the scene of an accident in MA is punishable by a fine of up to two hundred dollars and two weeks to two years of imprisonment or both the fine and incarceration. This all could have been avoided if the delivery driver did the right thing, stopped, and knocked on my door to admit fault.

    The claim was resovled fast and quickly. I have left instructions for Amazon drivers to NOT come down my driveway which, hopefully, will stop any further damage.

    I appreciate the prompt attention to this issue. This is the second infraction of this kind within a year by an Amazon driver where Amazon has had to pay us for damage to our property. Hopefully they will communicate the rules to their drivers & prevent yet another infraction & subsequent claim for damages. We have expressed clear delivery instructions in our orders & we expect them to be followed.

    I was pleasantly surprised at how expediently my claim was handled, once I contacted the office directly via phone call. From the woman who answered the call to Noa, who ultimately handled my claim - all were pleasant, helpful and wonderful to deal with. The way in which this claim was handled de-escalated my frame of mind from upset and furious at the incident to satisfied with how the situation was resolved. Thank You!
