    There were several lapses in time between communication. Nobody ever returned a phone call and delays prolonged the process. 4 months from initial communication to resolution.. It should have taken a few weeks at most.

    I received the claim form quickly, completed and sent it in. Then nothing. Called twice, left messages seeking info on time frame of reimbursement and a general idea of the claims process. Nothing. Today I had the good fortune to actually speak with a representative , Christine, who was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. She resolved my claim in minutes not weeks. Thank you Christine. Until you took over, I was dissatisfied with the lack of communication in the process and seeming disregard of the needs of the claimant. But Christine, you are an excellent representative of your company. You are why I gave a “strongly agree” about my overall satisfaction. I hope you get this message of gratitude.

    I basically repeated myself in email form and then through the claim so that felt redundant. Wasn’t sure if my request of gift card had been received so maybe an automatic email would work

    My initial phone call was pleasant, however the initial email stating I would need to have video or photographic evidence of the driver committing the incident was misleading. I have had 100's of positive experiences with Amazon and this was the first time I have had an issue. I really didn't want to have to look for other vendors if this issue wasn't resolved, however I am happy you made the correct decision as this was 100% your drivers fault. I will continue to use Amazon moving forward.

    You asked for my personal bank information, and had no intention of using it. That should change. If you are not willing to compensate for lack of customer service and overall rudeness of untrained workers, train them and pay them, so you won't have turnover.
