During the form section it was a bit confusing to know where the correct information went to and that I could not delete the information once I figured out where to place all of the information.

It is regrettable that when purchasing from Amazon, orders over $25 have “free shipping”. Yet when receiving ARC payment am required to pay ~$5.00 for the payment. Just pour business protocol…..

The link were they always have me submit documents, videos, & photos never seems to reach the adjuster so I always end up having to send by email. But the best resolution would be to not have to do claims at all. But I guess that is on Amazon‘s end of things. Other than that it was handled perfectly. Thank you.

I was surprised that I had to describe my problem in two emails, then I was put in touch with a claims adjuster who asked me to fill in the same information online. So having to do it three times was a little tedious. BUT, I'm very pleased at the speed with which it was handled and paid once I filled out the online form. Thank you!
