It would have been helpful to have all the steps outlined up front. I was completing the form, then discovered I needed more documentation. Had I known, I would have had it ready.
The only issue I had was my photos/videos did not load to the claim form I filled out online. It was easily taken care of via email though.

I got a called from Christine but i wasn't able to pick up the call. After the meeting was over, I called back but she wasn't able to pick up the phone i then left her the message but never got a call back. Overall experiences i must say Amazon did what is required to resolve the problem. Thank you for support our case throughout, I just wishes that the reimbursement the same price i was paid for the item. This antique Chinese good luck dog will cost more than $1000 today values but i am happy with outcome. Once again, Thank you
As an ex-claims employee myself. I was a little disappointed that there was no contact number to reach the claims representative. Despite that, the process was a lot more simple with quick responses, which I was not expecting.
It was seamless. The ARC team was quick and efficient. Amazon did the right thing after my property was damaged by owning it and resolution.

For an older person, such as myself, it was quite confusing until I found a friend that could help me. All in all the ARC moved along quite efficiently once the claim was submitted. Really though for us older non-tech people there should be a paper form. Please consider this for other people.
