Once the issue was transferred to ARC from the customer service people at Amazon.com the matter was quickly and equitably resolved. Had the Amazon people had more interest and/or authority to resolve this matter, referral to ARC would not have been necessary. Amazon had no interest in viewing the damage and a brusk, "We're sorry about this, we'll definitely talk to the driver involved and give you a $10 gift card!" did little to repair the damage to my lawn caused by the driver. ARC accepted photos of damage and video clips of the Amazon driver causing the damage and quickly made things right. Thank you!
Quick and easy process after being very upset with Amazon. I appreciate the quick turnaround so I can start getting my driveway fixed.

Since I sent the claim several more of your driver's have pulled into our driveway and made the hole worse and that's why I asked for $750 because they are going to keep doing it no matter what the directions say about not pulling into the driveway. My son has witnessed this but didn't have his phone on him at the time.

The initial customer service rep was amazing. I think my issue was the email from the ARC. It was a bit brash. It was just out of line considering the other service I got. But I am going to say the two ladies followed up with me and was just so pleasant. It made it so much easier.
