The claim process was good, just waiting on the last piece of getting paid. The e check or check by mail has not arrived yet. Claim resolved for 250.00 dollars on 9/29/20 and payment not made as of 10/09/20. Please assist.

My initial contact was with Chad from Amazon Logistics Escalation was excellent and promptly got my claim into the system. I also appreciated the claim adjuster who came to our house to assess the damage (Bill Brown). He was very knowledgable and understood the nature of the repair work very clearly. We had our check very shortly after his visit. The only delay came from the time the ARC person was out of the office and a few weeks went by without contact, but overall we were pleased with the resolution. Now we need to wait for the contractor to come do the work. Thank you.

A customer service rep helped us get the claim started, and filled the claim form initially for us, we had to fill out the same form, as it was not accepted by the claims department. Once filled out however the process moved forward rather quickly and we are happy with the end result.
The website I was directed to for submitting my claim was not easy to use. The rest of the service was good.

When I contacted Amazon about an incident regarding mishandling of my product by a driver, I did not expect such rapid response. The claims team at ARC where more than helpful. I have been a Prime customer for years and used Amazon for over a decade. This was the first time I have experienced an incident of this nature. However, I am happy that ARC was very professional about my concerns and offered solutions. I will continue to be an Amazon Prime customer because they outperform any other company in value, customer service, and professionalism. I have used Amazon more especially the food pantry and other products during the Pandemic to limit my interaction with people in the stores. Thank you again ARC for your prompt response to my concern and especially during a Pandemic. Thank you.
1) Never got confirmation to assure payment going directly to claimant as I, a close friend, made it clear I was submitting claim on his behalf because he speaks Italian, is elderly, and has no computer. 2) Notified by email that fheck was now mailed, tried to verify on your “chat” if check made out to me or claimant as I had provided complete claimant name, adress, ifo in claim communication. Chat did not even give me a chance tonexplain and cut meoff stating only claimants could chat. Then asked “something else I can help you with.?” to which I replied “you have not helped with anything yet”. Closed session. . You should instruct your chat people to at least wait for full explanation. Terrible experience.
I was initially hesistant as didn't wanted any trouble for the Driver. It was an honest mistake as these guys are in hurry, on the run but never been uncourteous. However, after talking to the representative and them making me feel comfortable, and walkthru of the documentation/pictures they are required, the overall experience was very pleasant. Thank you, Amazon for making it simple, convenient, and non-confrontational. You have earned my patronage and business for foreseeable future. (Suminder Ahuja)
