    Please review your automated email structure, particularly after upload of documents to the claim form. Multiple times I received an email asking me for more information after I completed the upload.

    When I went on line to request help, I went through multiple people before I got to someone I could relate the problem too. Apparetly in the computer algorhythm it continuously asks what product i am having an issue with and listing recent purchases. However my problem was not with a purchase/order - you may want to create a seperate path for that kind of option. THANK YOU

    After 2 weeks of my claim was resolved and notification that I will be receiving my claim check. No check. I have been emailed that I will be receiving check, no check.
