    A company of your size should better understand the value of a customer. The $200.00 check offer was appreciated but not even close to being market value and or fair given the situation! A crew to mobilize to our site would cost $100.00/$200.00 alone. That is and will always be a disappointment to my family! You lost a customer. #buylocal

    I received exemplary service from the Leadership Team and was impressed at the level of empathy and willingness to help that I received. I am also impressed with the speed with which my issue was resolved. I do hope that the circumstances regarding my claim are shared with appropriate team members to avoid this sort of thing from recurring.

    We live in a low lying area and this is the season for more than average rain. If the drivers stay on the driveway there is no problem but our yard is another story. I wish You could let the drivers know to leave our order up front as I always get the notice that it has arrived and can pick it up there. Thank you for your consideration. Judith Steding

    My claim was handled well once I was directed to claims. When I first called customer service about my issue though was a real struggle and was not helpful. They insisted that nothing could be done other than a refund. Then an offer of $5 rewards turned into $20 then $40 to a final offer of $50. By a customer service manager Edwin insisted he was the highest authority i could go and I wouldn't get anything else so I either take his offer or leave it. This all reminded me of the great movie "rain maker". Please don't be like "great benefit" to your customers.
