At the time of my initial call I had been told to expect a phone call, which never came. I called back about 10 days later and promptly received an e-mail with questions and instructions . Once I received the e-mail, all went very smoothly.

I was a little upset that amazon initially offered me a $20 credit rather than looking into my issue, but was very relieved when the claim was processed. I hope the driver that got stuck in my yard is doing ok.

My point of reporting this incident wasn’t to collect money. It was to hopefully prevent your drivers from destroying my property. This is not the first time one of your drivers have destroyed my property but hopefully it will be the last. Thank you

Things were hard to get the claims adjuster to understand. His truck brought more damage, even after the contractor seals the cracks we will see the color change until we can seal the road. So really it will cost another $2000 next year.
